NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004828-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GLORIA SALGUEIRO; MARK SALGUERIO; CEDAR POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 , are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1007, IN BUILDING 10, OF CEDAR POINTE, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1023, AT PAGE 1567, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGES 138 THROUGH 140, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
