NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2014 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on September 8, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, HAMILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 140 TO 144, INCL., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSEVER.
