NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001607 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERIFICATE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is Plaintiff and EVE TURCO A/K/A EVE A. TURCO, NATIONSBANK, NA N/K/A BANK OF AMERICA, BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVE TURCO A/K/A EVE A. TURCO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 208, BEACON WOODS, VILLAGE 3-B, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 41 and 42, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
