NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 22, 2014 entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000389 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Diana G. Smith; Unknown Spouse of Diana G. Smith; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe; Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 317.50 FEET OF THE EAST 660 FEET OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE NORTH 25.0 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY;
TOGETHER WITH A 1997 PIONEER DOUBLE-WIDE MOBILE HOME, VIN# PH2408GA2495A AND VIN# PH2408GA2495B AND TITLE #'S 74962990 AND 74962993.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
