NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on July 15, 2014, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at the online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lots 8 and 9, Subdivision by C.E. Crafts of Tract 39, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 36, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: The property that is the subject matter of this action is commonly known as:
5426 Crafts Street, New Port Richey, FL 33652.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice Of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
