NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007421-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and RUSSELL P. HOLLAND, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 834.67 FEET SOUTH AND 3639.39 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 49, LAKE PADGETT ESTATES, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, OAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE 117.69 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE NORTHEAST WITH A CHORD BEARING SOUTH 66 DEGREES 55' 18” E. 114.81 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 57' 30” E 53.85 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 02' 30” E 147 FEET TO THE WATERS OF A CANAL; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID WATERS TO A POINT THAT IS NORTH 45 DEGREES 06' 53” E 173 FEET FROM P.O.B.; THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 06' 53” W 173 FEET TO THE P.O.B SAID LANDS BEING LOCATED WITHIN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST.
