THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5, Plaintiff and MICHAEL MILLS AKA MICHAEL D MILLS; SHEILA MILLS AKA SHEILA M MILLS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this August 29th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
