NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-005176WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and DAVID W. BREWSTER and ASHLEY R. BREWSTER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at PASCO COUNTY'S ON-LINE PUBLIC AUCTION website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 964, OF WATERS EDGE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 126 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY; FLORIDA.
Property Address: 11340 BIDDEFORD PLACE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
