Tehan, et al., seeking to foreclosure a mortgage with respect to property, 1001 Wyndham Lakes, Odessa, Florida 33556, more particularly described as:
Lot 1, Wyndham Lakes, Phase 4 According to Plat Book 36, Pages 50-56, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
