has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J. Carlton Mitchell, Esq., Sivyer, Barlow & Watson, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 2225, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days from first publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court by September 15, 2014 either before service upon the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
