BERGBAUER, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 28, 2014, in Case No.: 29-2013-CA-008985 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and For Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and DAMON A. BERGBAUER, is the Defendant, and the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Hillsborough County:
Lot 3, Block 10 of Map of Josiah Richardson's Center Hill Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with the West half of alley abutting on the East side.
The above property will be sold on September 15, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
