NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-008259 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC4 is Plaintiff and DENISE J. LINK, CAROLINE SCARFONE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A TAMMY HYDER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A WILLIAM HYDER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLINE SCARFONE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE J. LINK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of September, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 96, 97, 98, AND 99, MANGO HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
