Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2010-CA-016747, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, CARLOS FERNANDEZ; MARTHA MARTINEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
