NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 5, 2013 in Civil Case No. 13-006272-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and VICTOR ORTIZ, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR ORTIZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Part of Lots 5 and 6, together with all of Lot 7, Block 53, Revised Map of Oldsmar, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 53, thence North 61 degrees 40` 43” West along the Northerly right of way line of St. Petersburg Drive, (an 82.5 foot right of way as it now exists) a distance of 120.48 feet, thence North 24 degrees 16` 51” East 64.67 feet, thence North 00 degrees 00` 00” East, 57.79 feet to the Northerly line of Lots 6 and 7, thence South 89 degrees 15` 26” East along said Northerly line a distance of 79.48 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 7, thence South 00 degrees 00` 00”, East along the Easterly line of Lot 7 a distance of 172.86 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
