NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-013247 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and FLORENCE M. THOMAS, PARK EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FLORENCE M. THOMAS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 5105, Building “F”, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of THE PARK EAST CONDOMINIUM, recorded in Official Records Book 5431, page 1257, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 65, Page 60, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
