NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014283 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein URBAN FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. is Plaintiff and LUCIEN PAUL CLAVEAU, JILL WHOOLERY, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LUCIEN P. CLAVEAU A/K/A LUCIEN PAUL CLAVEAU, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIEN P. CLAVEAU A/K/A LUCIEN PAUL CLAVEAU, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILL WHOOLERY N/K/N/ RAY WHOOLERY,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Lucien P. Claveau a/k/a Lucien Paul Claveau, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 409, GREENDALE ESTATES - THIRD ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 91, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
