NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 22, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE NORTH 49 FEET OF LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 3 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK A. OF CRESCENT LAKE VIEW SUB., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 59 THROUGH 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 8th day of September, 2014 at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
