NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009953 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, for the Benefit of Harborview 2005-10, Trust Fund, Plaintiff and Henri Pregaldin a/k/a Henri Pragaldin and Jacqueline R. Reese a/k/a Jacqueline Reece, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK “F”, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF STRIP MARKED, “3 FOOT STRIP WITH RIPARIAN RIGHTS RESERVED”, ISLE OF PALMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LYING BETWEEN THE LOT AND THE WATER, AND BETWEEN THE SIDE LOT LINES OF SAID LOT EXTENDED TO THE WATER, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
