BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and HIEP LY A/K/A HIEP T. LY A/K/A HIEP THI LY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JANE DOE 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ANGEL R. TERRELL, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 7, REPLAT OF BLOCKS 1, 6, 7, AND 12, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
