NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-002027-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and PAMELA K. BRANCH, ROBERT WESLEY PITTMAN A/K/A WES PITTMAN, MATTHEW TAYLOR, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY J. TAYLOR A/K/A BETTY JANE TAYLOR, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, FIRST SELECT, INC. , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, LOUISA TAYLOR WORLEY, CLAY TAYLOR, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA K. BRANCH N/K/A THOMAS BRANCH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT WESLEY PITTMAN A/K/A WES PITTMAN N/K/A BETSY PITTMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISA TAYLOR WORLEY N/K/A RUSSELL WORLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAY TAYLOR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW TAYLOR,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Betty J. Taylor a/k/a Betty Jane Taylor, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 174, Revised Map of Spring Hill, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
