Commonly known as: 2602 Mary Sue Street, Largo, FL 34644
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on plaintiff's attorney, to wit: JOHN R. CAPPA, II, ESQUIRE, whose address is 1229 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705, on or before 28 days from the first publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter. IF A DEFENDANT FAILS TO DO SO, A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT OR PETITION.
