NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an amended order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014 and entered in this case of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Carrie P. Zinda, Jeffrey H. Zinda, Space Coast Credit Union, 6000 Park Place Condominium Association, Inc., and Joe Daly are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for case at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on September 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Legal Description: Unit 203, Building 1, Phase 1, 6000 Park Place, a Condominium, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 85, Page(s) 40 through 43, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 85, Page(s) 103 through 108, inclusive and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in ORB 8022, Page(s) 1849 through 1917, as amended in ORB 6035, Page(s) 1558 through 1562, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
