BOOK 4929, PAGE 337 THROUGH 413, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5018, PAGE 265, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5033, PAGE 1988, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5034, PAGE 270, AND RE-RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5036, PAGE 456, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED WHERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 2673 SABLE SPRINGS CIRCLE APT 106, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
