YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the City of Dunedin has filed its complaint in the above named court to foreclose on a Code Enforcement Board Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:

Begin at Northwest corner of Southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, and run thence North 88Ëš59'44'' East along the quarter section line 613.44 feet, run thence South 0Ëš02'23'' East 500 feet to point of beginning; run thence South 0Ëš02'23'' East 96.08 feet to the Northerly line of County Highway No. 1, run thence North 68Ëš12'37'' East along the said Northerly line 81.87 feet, run thence North 0Ëš54'10'' West 67 feet thence South 88Ëš59'55'' West 75.06 feet to point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the above described premises conveyed to the State of Florida Department of Transportation by Deed recorded in OR Book 6006, page 1130, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Commence on the Westerly boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 23 South, Range 15 East, at a point 778.52 feet South 00Ëš20'18'' East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 26, said point being on a curve concave to the Southeasterly having a radius of 674.07 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 62Ëš57'44'' East run Northeasterly along said curve 219.90 feet through a central angle of 18Ëš41'21'' to the end to said curve; thence North 81Ëš39' 12'' East 123.13 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwesterly having a radius of 1762.95 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve 271.56 feet through a central angle of 08Ëš49'32'' to the end of said curve; thence North 00Ëš40'43'' East 34.70 feet to a point of beginning also being the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwesterly having a radius of 1729.95 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 72Ëš28'31'' East, run Northeasterly along said curve 78.51 feet through a central angle of 02Ëš36'01'' to the end of said curve; thence North 00Ëš40'43'' East 23.29 feet; thence South 68Ëš38'46'' West 54.12 feet; thence South 71Ëš51'20'' West 25.18 feet; thence South 00Ëš40'43'' West 21.08 feet to the point of beginning.

In addition to the amounts set in the foregoing schedule, interest and penalties, as provided by law, on such delinquent liens, together with a proportionate part of the costs and expenses of this suit, are sought to be enforced and foreclosed in this suit.
You are hereby notified to appear and make your defenses to said complaint or ,before the 08 day of September, 2014 (four weeks from date of publication), and if you fail to do so on or before said date the complaint will be taken as confessed by you and you will be barred from thereafter contesting said suit, and said respective parcels of land will be sold by decree of said court for non-payment of said lien and interest and penalties thereon and the costs of this suit.
