BOOK 5196 PAGES 1485 TO 1547, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on September 2, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
