NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010147 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 29th day of August, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, FAIRWOOD FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 28 AND 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
