The following described real estate, situate in Pinellas County, Florida to wit: Unit C-301, of Imperial Pines Condominium Phase 2, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 5491, Pages 857, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 74, Page 105, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 3076 Eastland Boulevard, Unit 301, Clearwater, FL 33761-4147
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 9/08/2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
