YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 52, BUILDING B-79 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 64, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5687, PAGES 241 THROUGH 268 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 4 THROUGH 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before 9/08/2014 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at: 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, either before serivce on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
