NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-006687-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Residential Funding Company, LLC f/k/a Residential Funding Corporation was the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA BELL, ET AL., the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 19, BLOCK 78, MEADOWLAWN CARDINAL ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANY WISE APPERTAINING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
