Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-1108 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 25 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 932, Key Royal, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3514, Page 1481 through 1630, inclusive, as may be amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space Number 468 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
