NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will, on August 25, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida, the following described real property:
All of Tract 7, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit 37, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 88 and 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS
