Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 76, UNIT 2, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65-77, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida beginning at 11:00 a.m. on August 25, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
