NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-002297-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-WM1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, MARCO ANTONIO GUERRA A/K/A MARCO A. GUERRA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCO ANTONIO GUERRA A/K/A MARCO A. GUERRA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY, ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, NAPLES, FL beginning at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 25, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 8, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
