NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30 day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 0904908CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DARLENE S. SANDERS; and ROLAND W. SANDERS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 28 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
