NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-1110 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SHARYL WICKS A/K/A SHARYL F. WICKS A/K/A SHARYL FAYE WICKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARYL WICKS A/K/A SHARYL F. WICKS A/K/A SHARYL FAYE WICKS; MARK MCMANUS A/K/A MARK E. MCMANUS A/K/A MARK EUGENE MCMANUS; BORGHESE AT HAMMOCK BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HAMMOCK BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO. 4 OF BORGHESE AT HAMMOCK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3676, PAGE 239 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
