NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31 day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004158, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CONRADO OSPINA ANA OSPINA A/K/A ANA M. OSPINA MADISON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DOMINGO OSPINA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 28 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 194, MADISON PARK PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 68 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
