NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in 1202501CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and DAVID CEPECK SR; MONICA CEPECK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; PEBBLEBROOK LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on August 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, OF PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES, PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGES 57 AND 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
