NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020158-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and ESTAQUIO PIRE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTAQUIO PIRE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINE RIDGE HOLLOW PHASE II HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 28th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, PINE RIDGE HOLLOW PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
