NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) entered on February 6, 2013 as to Count(s) IX in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County Florida, the Office of EDDIE FERNANDEZ, Orange County Clerk of the Court., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse, the following described properties by Electronic Sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on August 27, 2014 at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
