NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-006911 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-017 is the Plaintiff and EFRAIM ROSARIO; JANET BURGO ROSARIO; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/30/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
