NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013389-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Investors Corporation is the Plaintiff and Donald F. Holland; Wedgefield Homeowners Association, Inc.; Jane Doe NKA Ciera Masters are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 63 OF CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 4, F/K/A ROCKET CITY UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 74 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
