NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032719-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Diego Besga; The Unknown Spouse of Diego Besga; Agustina Gesuiti; The Unknown Spouse of Agustina Gesuiti; If living, including and unknown spouse of said defendant(s) if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknowns heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees and all together persons claiming by, through, under or against the named defendant(s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, acting solely as Nominee for Indymac Bank, FSB; Hunter's Creek Community Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together With Any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of Said Defendant(s) and All Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, HUNTER'S CREEK TRACT 540, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 99-100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
