NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006626-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and EDGAR RODRIGUEZ; COUNTRY RUN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; LORRAINE RODRIGUEZ; MARIA D. SANTANA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of September, 2014at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 295, COUNTRY RUN UNIT 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 71 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
