NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on March 25, 2014, as well as the Order granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered by the Court on July 28, 2014, in Case No. 13-001489 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which RES-FL SEVEN, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF FREDERICK SCHMOKER is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 29, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 42S, RANGE 25E, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO A 30 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ACROSS THE WEST BOUNDARY THEREOF, AND A 50 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ACROSS THE NORTH BOUNDARY THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, you are advised that this office may be deemed a debt collector and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
