YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose interests in real property pursuant to a valid and enforceable mortgage lien against said property has been commenced as to the below described property in CHARLOTTE County, Florida:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 90, HARBOUR HEIGHTS SECTION FOUR, REVISED PART FOUR, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 79 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
You have been named as a Defendant in said action and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Andrew M. Schwartz, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4755 Technology Way, Suite 103, Boca Raton, FL 33431 within thirty (30) days of the date upon which this Notice of Action is first published, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
