NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10003330CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and DONA MARIE FAIN F/K/A DONNA F. BETTS; RUSSELL L. BETTS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUSSELL L. BETTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 15 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 65, PORT CHAROTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 5, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
