Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby, 3rd Floor of the Annex Building of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, Florida, on the 2 day of September, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., the following real property:
That certain Condominium parcel composed Unit 7, Building 2, Horseshoe Professional Park, a condominium and an undivided share in the Common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2542, page 1413, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
The commonly-known address is 2770 Horseshoe Drive S., Ste. 7, Naples, FL 34104-6147 (the “Property”).
