NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 1000034CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jean R. Laguerra; Sidonie Laguerre; Unknown Tenant/Owners #1; Unknown Tenant/Owners #2; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the SEPTEMBER 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK B OF NAPLES VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
