NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2014, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court DWIGHT E. BROCK, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 2 day of September, 2014, at 11:00 am to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the following described property:
UNIT 231, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOKS 3514, PAGES 1481 THROUGH 1630, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 325.
