NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 5, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 112009CA0111320001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and ERLAN M ARAUJO; MARIA D ARAUJO; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SPECTRUM FUNDING CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 2 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
